Adult Swim Lessons

As the largest provider of swim lessons in the country, there’s no one more qualified than the Y to ensure swimmers build confidence with every stroke.

Swimming is a low-impact sport that works all your muscle groups and builds cardiovascular endurance. It also stretches and lengthens your body, improving your posture. The support of the water and the lack of joint impact make swimming a good choice for people who are unable to undertake high-impact activities.

Whether you are a true beginner wanting to learn to swim, or you have the basic skills and want to take your swimming to the next level with different strokes or flip turns; we have instructors available to meet you at your level and work towards your goals. Tri-athletes can also benefit from lessons as it will strengthen their skills and endurance.
